Our Story
MAPTECH COMPUTING was founded with a simple mission: to make learning computing concepts engaging, accessible, and effective for students preparing for their BECE exams.
Our journey began in 2018 when a group of passionate educators and software developers in Ghana recognized a significant gap in computing education. Traditional teaching methods weren't engaging students effectively, and many were struggling to grasp important concepts that would be tested in their exams.
We decided to create a platform that would transform how students learn computing - replacing passive learning with interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and friendly competition. By gamifying the educational experience, we've helped thousands of students not only pass their exams but develop a genuine interest in computing.
Today, MAPTECH COMPUTING is used by schools throughout Ghana, helping students build strong foundations in computing education that will serve them throughout their academic and professional lives.
